Mindful Movement Yoga
Hi my name is Gabbi, I am a very passionate, enthusiastic yoga teacher on Brisbane’s northside. Yoga is a beautiful practice connecting breath and movement, and it has helped me personally to become stronger and more open, not just physically, but mentally, spiritually and emotionally as well.
My goal this year is to begin to share that, and teach yoga in ways that are accessible to all levels, so that we can each find a state of peace within ourselves and sense of connectedness with each other.
Yoga is for everybody, (I mean everybody!) so don’t worry about where you’re starting from, or what you think your limitations might be, find a practice that works for you and dive into it.

Saturday: 9:30am – Mindful Movement Yoga (60 minutes)
MINDFUL MOVEMENT YOGA: This is a general yoga class designed for all levels of practice. This class aims to help with alignment and gently open up tighter areas of the body while building core strength.
FLOW MOTION VINYASA: A slightly more dynamic practice aimed at building whole body strength. This class has a strong focus on connecting breath with movement and can be as strong, or as gentle as you like, with plenty of options given for all levels.
$15 – Casual Entry
$60 – 5 Class Pass (+1 bonus class if you can fill your card in 2 weeks)
$100 – 10 Class Pass (+2 bonus classes if you can fill your card in 1 month)
